Deposit & Cancellation Policy  A 50% deposit is required to reserve.  A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for ALL cancellations.  Cancellations received a minimum of 30 days in advance of reserved bookings will receive a refund (with the exception of the $50.00 cancellation fee).  Cancellations received within 29 days of booking will not receive a refund.  The outstanding balance is due prior to or upon check-in.
